Mozzarella cheese cut in ¾ inch cubes
¼ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup whole milk
2 lb of grass-fed ground beef
½ tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup chopped parsley
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients, with the exception of the mozzarella cubes, and combine.
Roll golf-ball-sized balls with the meat mixture. Squish a mozzarella cube into the center and pull the edges of the meatball around it, reforming the ball again.
Coat the bottom of the slow cooker with a layer of tomato sauce.
Arrange meatballs in the slow cooker and cover in remaining tomato sauce.
Cook on high for 2 to 2.5 hours.
