The Sunday Cookbook: Peanut Butter, Oats & Chocolate Energy Bites

½ cup creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup old-fashioned oats (raw)
⅔ cup finely ground oats
½ cup ground flaxseed
6 tbsp chocolate chips
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until ingredients are evenly distributed.
Grab a small amount of mixture and with your hands roll into a bite-sized ball, using similar motions as when making meatballs.
Lay balls on a baking tray and refrigerate or freeze until ingredients set.
