The Sunday Cookbook: Avocado Tahini Dressing


Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced

  • 3 basil leaves, chopped

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1/4 cup tahini

  • 1/4 cup water

  • Juice from one lemon

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • Sea salt, for taste

Directions

  1. Combine all these ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until everything is creamed together.

  2. Store in an airtight container or jar.
