The Sunday Cookbook: Avocado Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
3 basil leaves, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup water
Juice from one lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt, for taste
Directions
Combine all these ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until everything is creamed together.
Store in an airtight container or jar.
