1 cup old-fashioned oats, raw
2/3 cup finely grounded oats
1/2 cup sunflower seed butter (can also work with peanut butter, almond butter, cookie butter, etc)
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoon chocolate chips (I use Enjoy Life's chocolate chips)
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until everything is combined and evenly distributed.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet
Grab a small amount of the mixture and, with your hands, roll into a bite-sized ball, using similar motions as when making meatballs.
Lay balls on the baking sheet and freeze for an hour to overnight
