Gluten Free and Dairy Free Garlic Herb Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl or stand mixer, stir together all dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

  3. Add egg, oil, and water to the dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.

  4. Mix in the nutritional yeast.

  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.

  6. Carefully transfer to wire cooling rack and serve while warm.

  7. To store, add to an airtight container and keep in the fridge to prevent molding.
