Vegetarian
Growing up, my mom and I were pollotarians, largely because I was allergic to red meat and pork, while my sister was a pescatarian. This meant that vegetarian dishes were a huge part of my diet through my younger years, right up until my early twenties!
While Joe and I aren't vegetarians today, we still genuinely love incorporating plant-based meals and vegan alternatives into our cooking. You'll find a wide variety of delicious, meat-free options here that we enjoy regularly.
