Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of local raw honey

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine the two ingredients together and take 1 teaspoon twice a day for 3 days

  2. If you make a bulk, store it in an air-seal container. Be sure to stir every time you go to take a spoonful

Notes:

  1. Both honey and cinnamon are antiviral, as well as antibacterial, and antifungal.

  2. This mixture can also knock bladder and kidney infections, reduce sugar levels and blood pressure, and acts as a pain reliever for arthritis!

  3. Honey is a natural antibiotic for treating cuts, burns, insect bites, eczema and psoriasis, and fungal infections.
