Pineapple Rice

Ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
½ tsp. sea salt
2 cup rice, cooked
juice ½ lime (optional)
chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Bring water, pineapple juice, pineapples, butter, and salt to a boil in a small saucepan or wok.
Once the liquid comes to a boil, add in rice. Allow to cook for 15 minutes, occasionally stirring.
Remove pan from heat, let sit 5 minutes, then fluff rice with a fork. Stir in lime juice and chopped cilantro.
