The Sunday Cookbook: Honey Glazed Chicken

4 skinless boneless chicken thighs
2 teaspoons sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 cloves of garlic, crushed
¼ cup of water
⅓ cup honey
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon molasses
Add all liquid sauce ingredients to a bowl; whisk to combine then set aside.
Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add a small amount of oil to coat a pan or skillet and heat over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs to the heated pan. Brown both sides until the chicken is about 90% cooked through.
Add the garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant.
Add in the liquid sauce mixture from earlier into the pan. Baste the chicken with the sauce, and simmer until the sauce begins to thicken.
Serve with rice or your favorite vegetable, and enjoy!
