The Sunday Cookbook: Honey Glazed Chicken
4 skinless boneless chicken thighs
2 teaspoons sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon garlic powder
6 cloves of garlic, crushed
¼ cup of water
⅓ cup honey
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon molasses
Add all liquid sauce ingredients to a bowl, whisk to combine, set aside.
Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat a pan over medium heat, and add a small amount of oil to coat the pan.
Add the chicken thighs to the pan. Cook and brown both sides until the chicken is 90% cooked through.
Add the garlic to the pan and cook until fragrant.
Add the liquid sauce mixture from earlier to the pan.
Baste the chicken with the sauce, and simmer until sauce begins to thicken.
Serve with rice or your favorite vegetable, and enjoy!
