Ingredients
1 medium sweet potato, grated
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
1.5 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
In a bowl, combine sweet potatoes, spices, and 1 egg. Stir to combine thoroughly, until coating all the potato pieces.
Heat up oil in a large skillet, over medium heat. Scoop out a spoonful of mixture, form into a patty, about the width of a burger bun, and place into skillet. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until crispy and cooked.
