Easy Chickpea Patties over Veggies

Ingredients
2 cup Garbanzo Bean Flour
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
1 cup hot water
oil of choice for frying (we used olive oil)
Directions
Combine all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
Add the lemon or lime juice and hot water into the mixture and stir until combined. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes. You can add more hot water if you feel the batter is too dry, but don't add too much that will make it watery!
In a frying pan or skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of batter into the pan and flatten slightly. Repeat until you fill your pan.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Place on a paper towel to drain oil.
Serve over a bed of your favorite cooked veggies and enjoy!
