Momma Mac's Cooking Corner: Slow Cooked Bacon-Wrapped Garlic Pork Chops
Updated: Jul 7, 2022

Ingredients
4 to 8 slices of bacon
1 tablespoon olive oil
sea salt, to taste
1/3 cup molasses
4 garlic cloves, minced
Directions
Wrap the bacon around the pork chops, vertically or horizontally, until the entire pork chop is covered - about 2 to 4 pieces for each pork chop. Set aside while you prep the slow cooker.
Rub the tablespoon of olive oil and sea salt at the bottom of the slow cooker. Then add in the molasses.
Position the minced garlic to the center of the slow cooker, then lay the bacon-wrapped pork chops on top.
Set the slow cooker to low for 3 to 4 hours.
When the cooking time is complete, you can add the pork chops to a baking sheet to broil in the oven for about 3 minutes to create a crisp.
