1/4 cup cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg (optional)
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground allspice (optional, but highly recommend!)
Mix all spices in a small bowl until combined.
Pour into an airtight container.
Use anytime a recipe calls for "pumpkin pie spice" mix
I left out the nutmeg due to my allergies and it still taste absolutely perfect!
Add to coffee and lattes to enjoy your own homemade "Pumpkin Spiced Latte"!
