1/4 cup cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground allspice (or nutmeg if you are not allergic to it)
Mix all spices in a small bowl until combined.
Pour into an airtight container.
Use anytime a recipe calls for "pumpkin pie spice" mix or add to coffee and lattes to enjoy your own homemade "Pumpkin Spiced Latte"!
