1 ¼ cup all-purpose gluten-free flour (my Enjoy Life's All-Purpose Flour recreation recipe)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 ripe banana or 1 Vital Farm egg
1 tablespoon oil, olive, sunflower, etc.
1 1/2 cup water or dairy-free milk of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and combine them with a whisk. Set aside.
In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients together.
Measure 2 cups of the dry mix and combine it into the wet mix. Once evenly combined, you can fold in any desired additions into the batter.
Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
