Wonderful Food Allergy-Friendly Waffles

Ingredients

Dry Mix:

Wet Mix:

  • 1 ripe banana or 1 Vital Farm egg

  • 1 tablespoon oil, olive, sunflower, etc.

  • 1 1/2 cup water or dairy-free milk of choice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

  1. Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and combine them with a whisk. Set aside.

  2. In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients together.

  3. Measure 2 cups of the dry mix and combine it into the wet mix. Once evenly combined, you can fold in any desired additions into the batter.

  4. Heat your waffle iron and spray with cooking spray or oil before adding the batter. Cook according to the waffle iron's instructions.

  5. Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
