2 1/2 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 ripe banana or 1 Vital Farm egg
1 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 cup water or dairy-free milk of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Add all the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and combine them with a whisk.
In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients together.
Measure 2 cups of the dry mix and combine it into the wet mix. Once evenly combined, you can add any desired additions into the batter.
Heat your waffle iron or pancake pan and spray with cooking spray or oil before adding the batter. Cook according to the pan's instructions, or until the center is fully cooked.
