How To Build A Perfect Allergy-Friendly Burger
Updated: Mar 4

Who's ready for burgers? *Raises hand*
We are excited to indulge in summer days with everything we love that is fun in the sun: taking walks, exploring our local town, gardening, and grilling! With burgers being one of our favorite foods, we cannot resist the urge to eat them often once the weather starts warming up in New Jersey.
Just like with everything else, we are super careful with the ingredients we use and what we put on our burger. In this post, we list all the safe ingredients and brands we use to make our burgers.
Please note that my list is limited. While there are plenty of other products out there that may be safe for you, depending on your allergy restrictions, this list is completely free from gluten, soy, corn, dairy, nightshades, coconut, canola, and mustard.
Now, let's build your perfect food allergy-friendly burger!

Step One:
Select your burger buns of choice:
Organic lettuce, kale, or collard green wrap
Step Two:
Select your patty of choice! Below we have a selection of beef, chicken, and veggie options.
100% Grass-Fed Beef:
100% Pastured-Raised Chicken:
Vegetarian "Burger" Options:
Step Three:
And quite frankly my favorite part - Toppings and Fixings:
Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo: save 10% off your order when you use the code AMACGREGOR10 at checkout
Organic lettuce
Sauteed onions
Avocado, sliced
Joe and I wish you a happy and food-safe summer! Drink lots of water and wear sunblock!
If you create a burger from this list, we'd love to see it! Share it with us on Facebook, Instagram, or email!
