Pumpkin Banana Chip Muffins - Intestinal Candidiasis Approved



  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a bowl or a stand mixer, combine the pumpkin, egg, honey, egg, and banana. Beat until combined.

  3. Add in the baking soda, cinnamon, flour, and salt. Mix until combine.

  4. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the mini chocolate chips.

  5. Separate the mixture evenly into the 12-cup cupcake pan. Add the mega chunk chocolate chips on top, if desired.

  6. Place in the oven and bake for 22 minutes.

  7. Remove from pan and allow to cool on a wire rack before eating.
